Below you will find the guidelines of the program.

For the next 21-days you will eat healthy, exercise, sweat and work very hard and follow these steps, and you will succeed!

1. -- 80% of your results will be from your nutrition. Now we understand no one is ever perfect but to get the optimal results you need to follow the Meal Plan as closely as possible. If you get off track just get back on the next meal. But understand the more mistakes you make the less chance of achieving your optimal results.

2. -- Circle your favorite meals on the meal plans, then make a grocery list with those foods. Go shopping, then spend a couple hours in the kitchen preparing foods for the week and putting them in reusable containers for easy access throughout the week. Get used to taking your lunch and snacks with you.

3. -- Throw out any foods that will hold you back. Especially anything with hydrogenated oils or refined sugar!

4. -- Follow our weekly Bootcamp YouTube video and complete at least 2 Body Weight Workouts. You have to get a minimum of 3 workouts in a week, NO EXCUSES!!!!

5. -- Take a pair of jeans you can’t fit in anymore and hang them up in your bedroom or bathroom so you’ll see it every day. Each day, make a commitment that you will fit back into those jeans!
